Participants learn the importance of thorough preparation, including how to conduct a personal SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to effectively sell themselves.

The session also focuses on identifying key characteristics of the ideal candidate and uncovering information that will help participants stand out from other candidates.

Managing nerves

This section provides practical techniques to aid relaxation and reduce stress, such as positive visualisation exercises that build confidence.

Participants will also learn how to turn nervous energy into a positive force and how to cope with mental blanks during interviews.

Making a memorable impression
